First off, the customer service we received when we purchased our first Mazda was an enjoyable one because of our salesman, Rick. More recently, we had an issue with our battery. I walked in on a Friday morning without an appointment. They were quick to get my repair sorted and even provided me a loaner vehicle for the day. Needless to say, I was back within a few hours and the battery was replaced under warranty without a hitch. Stephanie is an excellent service advisor and helped me out every step of the way.

Went to get my new 2024 Kia Sorento serviced (oil change/tire rotation) for the first time as a walk in. They told me it would take 2 hours. They offered my wife, child and I shuttle service to near by shopping and restaurant plaza to kill some time. Had lunch and shopped then got picked up when my car was ready.
