2020 Kia Soul Redesign
The Kia Soul has remained a unique style icon and a technologically advanced crossover. What does the 2020 Kia Soul redesign mean for this famous model?
One of the biggest changes for the 2020 Kia Soul is the new available Intelligent Variable Transmission, which creates the perfect balance of power and efficiency. Kia is also debuting a GT-Line for the 2020 Soul with a new turbocharged engine, which puts out 201 horsepower.
The 2020 Kia Soul will still retain its funky exterior styling, just revised for the new model year. If bold colors are your thing, you are in luck, as the Kia Soul is available in funky shades such as Mars Orange, Neptune Blue, Solar Yellow, Undercover Green, and Inferno Red.
One big exterior change for the 2020 Soul is the increased size of the tailgate, which increases space in the rear and makes loading and unloading the Soul easier. Kia also revised the driver’s door panel and footwell to make entry at all points of the Soul more convenient.
Other exterior design elements to look for in the 2020 Soul include distinct 18-inch wheels and available full LED headlights.
Inside, the 2020 Soul plays host to more changes, including several changes to the panels, textures, and shapes to improve the audio experience no matter where you are sitting.
The 2020 Kia Soul is packed with an abundance of technologies, all accessible from the cabin. For example, the Kia Soul’s infotainment system comes with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ support for safe smartphone integration on the go. You can also integrate Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant with the Kia EVO system and opt for wireless device charging. Available UVO link allows you to use your smartphone to lock and unlock your car — no matter where you are. You can also use it to remote start the Soul and adjust climate control settings.
